Boston is ranked one off the top startup hubs in United State among innovation giants like Silicon Valley and New York. Boston has a dense network of innovation hubs and receives more venture capital funding per capita than anywhere else in the United States. Recently it has been announced that Boston will be the world headquarters for General Electric, AmazonFresh and Google Fiber.

Coined the “Athens of America,” Boston is home to some of the top universities in the world. Moreover, secondary education in the commonwealth is phenomenal. The results of the 2016 PISA, Program for International Student Assessment, indicate that if Massachusetts were a nation, it would rank in the top 10 in the world.
3. Walkability
Boston is the 3rd most walkable large city in the US. You can walk nearly anywhere in Boston in under an hour. It’s only 20 minutes from the Back Bay to Southie, 15 minutes to the North end as well.

Massachusetts has preserved its cherished past. The Freedom trail, the Boston National Historic Park, the Bunker Hill Monument, the JFK library.
