Karen Fish-Will
Karen Fish-Will has been a leading real estate entrepreneur for more than thirty-seven years and comes from a family who has brought, sold, developed and managed real estate for now over four decades. Her vast range of industry experience extends throughout the areas of real estate brokerage, development, marketing, leasing and property management. Her career highlights include overseeing the branding, marketing and sell-out of several high end condominium communities including The Waterworks at Chestnut Hill in Brookline and River Village in Canton. She is CEO and Co-Principal of Peabody Properties, Inc., managing a portfolio totaling 11,000+ housing units in both inner city and suburban areas throughout New England, New Jersey and Florida and with a workforce of over 500 employees.
Karen has an unwavering passion for, and mastery of, all aspects of real estate and what it takes to succeed. She brings determination and creativity to everything she does, adhering to a strict commitment to service and integrity and consistently exceeding client expectations.
Karen has been recognized with the 2015 B’nai B’rith Housing Distinguished Achievement Award – for remarkable leadership in the Real Estate Industry. Her industry associations and designations are many and include: Realtor Member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR), participating in the GBAR Broker-Owner Inner Circle Forum; Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB); serving two consecutive years on the GBREB Government Affairs Committee; member of the Board of Directors of the Rental Housing Association (RHA) for which she served as a past president; serving on the Mass Housing Community Services Advisory Committee as well as the Board for New Lease for Homeless Families; affiliated with both the Massachusetts and Florida Chapters of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and holds memberships in the South Florida National Association of Realtors, the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. Karen’s lifelong ties to the community, support for a number of diverse organizations and, excellent leadership in public service roles shows her dynamic inspiration of involvement and improving the lives of others.
A resident of Hingham, Karen enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
